Sunday, May 7, 2017, Henderson, Nevada, the Annual 5k & 10k NLPOA Menudo Run is a Grand Prix race that will enable members of the Las Vegas Track Club to earn points. There will also be a 1-Mile Fun Walk/Run. The timing/course is certified by a competent company with a history of successful 5k & 10k Runs. The courses have been certified and approved by USA Track & Field. It is a yearly event. The t-shirt logo is an Aztec runner and a bowl of menudo stew, created in five colors. This logo has been copyrighted and is attractive. Participants who finish will receive a medal & t-shirt. Proceeds in Las Vegas benefit scholarships for Nevada State College students.
